What to Expect
From signing our contract to your grand exit on your wedding night, we are there every step of the way. KB Weddings is excited to be a part of your planning process and make sure your big day goes off without a hitch.
You took the first step! Your inquiry form is submitted, and I will reach out to schedule an initial meeting via zoom or in-person to discuss needs, details, expectations, and payment.
First Date
This one doesn't come with a diamond ring, but if we call it love at first sight, I will send over a contract and request for a 20% deposit. Once the contract is signed and deposit is made, we are officially a match.
The Proposal
Your engagement period should be fun, exciting, and full of wedding plans. This is where I step in! At this point, I will be reaching out to go over any struggles in the wedding planning process that I can help take off your plate. You will also be able to text and call me anytime you need me from now until Wedding Day.
Engagement Bliss
It's rehearsal time! A wedding ceremony walk through is completed here. This helps to relieve pre-wedding jitters.
Here Comes the Bride...
We made it! I will execute your dream wedding as you enjoy your special day with your friends, family, and most importantly, your significant other. We love love!
Go Get Married!
Two months prior to your wedding day, we will meet to go over more specifics. All vendors should be booked by this date and a rough draft of the timeline will be made. Décor ideas will be discussed.
Keep Up The Butterflies
One month out! We will meet to discuss all final decisions. I will contact all vendors with a finalized timeline and direct all questions for the bride through me. At this point nobody should be contacting the couple with questions. Final décor discussions, table layouts, and all other details are made today.
