I am here to be your wedding planning BFF, which means communication starts the moment you sign your contract. In additional to coordinating your big day, you can count on me to:
Starting at $2100
You will also receive two set-up meetings, in-person or via zoom, prior to the wedding: one month, two months ahead of the wedding to make sure every detail in in place.
Assess vendor contracts
Take part in venue walk-throughs
Take on set up and partial clean up
Create your wedding timeline
Be a part of decor discussions
Run through your rehearsal dinner
Please Note additional fees: 100-150 people adds 50$ to the package, over 150 people adds 100$ to the package. If your wedding is an hour or more outside of Reno 100$ in travel fees will apply. Full chair and table setup/ tear down will add an additional 200$. Inquire with your rental company please to do this.
